Travel Arrangements
Andreas Gebhardt works internationally. Travel arrangements are handled individually. This section provides orientation only.
Europe
- Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands: travel by car or train, depending on logistical requirements, time, and equipment needs.
International
- All other countries, flights from/to Bremen, Germany.
- Economy Class standard. Business Class may be considered for long-haul (>6h) or time-critical travel.
Accommodation
- An overnight stay near the venue prior to the event is required.
- An additional overnight stay may be required after evening events, or for time zone adjustments


AV Requirements
Stage
- Clear stage or performance area (approx. 3 m × 4 m)
- No lectern or fixed furniture in this area
- Raised stage preferred, not required
Audio
- Headset microphone required
- Music playback during the keynote
- Speaker provides own laptop
- Audio connection from laptop to PA required
Projection
- Projection not required
- If large screens are available, they will be used
Technical Check
- A technical check prior to the event is recommended.
Virtual Events
- Speaker joins approx. 30 minutes prior to start
