A KEYNOTE THAT DOESN’T JUST TALK ABOUT CHANGE—IT MAKES YOU FEEL IT!

Interactive Keynote 2.0: Turning Change into a Hands-on Experience

In the world of corporate talks and keynotes, a revolution is happening: Imagine sitting in a conference room, expecting a typical presentation, when suddenly, you’re asked to stand up, move the chairs aside, and… start juggling!

At its core, this innovative keynote format doesn’t just talk about change—it makes it tangible. Participants might initially feel hesitant, thinking, “Do I really have to do this?” But as they get involved, they discover the joy of learning something new—experiencing success even when they initially resisted. By actively participating, attendees experience key concepts firsthand. In fact, the process mirrors the journey of embracing change and learning, which is at the heart of my interactive keynotes.

Stand up, join in, shift perspectives – From keynote to experience

Divided into four segments, the interactive keynote includes three 10-minute juggling sessions. This unexpected combination creates an element of surprise, pushing participants out of their comfort zones and quite literally getting them moving. Participants start juggling with just one ball and progressively build up, directly connecting the exercises to the keynote’s core messages. Partner exercises further enhance teamwork and create an energizing, engaging atmosphere. In the end, participants celebrate their newfound skills and successes—exactly what change and learning are all about.
